Return and Replacement Policy

        RR GEMS AND JEWELS

 
 We offers a very transparent and simple 15 DAYS Return and Replacement policy
 
1.  Any request of return of Item AFTER 15 DAYS from date of receipt of Gemstones will not be entertained(The return policy for the Gemstones ordered from any kind of demand will remain valid only 3 days. after 3 days return not allowed)
 
2.   Items must be received in their original and unused condition. 
 
3.  Return & Replacement of items is subject to inspection and verification by the RR GEMS team. 
 
4.   Item which gets Damage due to  negligence, misuse, alteration, showing signs of wear or engraved  will not be included under any circumstances in our Return and Replacement Policy. 
 
5.    Product must be accompanied with Original Products Certificate, Original Copy of Invoice,  original packaging, documentation ana discount coupons, etc.
 
6.   *ANY GEMSTONE less than worth  ₹ 3000 ,( PRECIOUS & SEMI PRECIOUS )  and ALL Type of RUDRAAKSH are NON RETURNABLE & NON REFUNDABLE* 
 
7.   If a buyer intend to return, his intention must be informed at our E- Mail id   supportrrgemsandjewels@gmail.com .   Upon RRGEMS  confirmation  ITEM will  be Courior. Buyer of returning goods will bear the cost of Courior. 
 
8.    RR Gems deals in only fresh and unused
 Gemstones as prescribed for Astrology. 
9.     We do not Buy or Sell Used Gemstones.
*  Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:
For loose Gemstones, you can return the Gemstones with 100 % money paid for gemstones within the 15 DAYS  Period by meeting the our conditions. 
 *All the return items to be checked and evaluated for condition or damage before  refund* 
 
 NOTE : Shipping charges, GST & Other Tax Amount  on Gemstone Jewellery will be deducted ( Not Refundable)

Any custom jewellery created for You like rings pendant bracelet etc. Cannot be returned for Money. You can place a return  request with in 15 DAYS  of delivery. Successful return will get a store credit worth 70% of your invoice value, for use against future purchase on our website. 
 
 NOTE : Shipping charges, GST & Other Tax Amount and Making charges on Gemstone Jewellery will be deducted ( Not Refundable)
 
Some Important Notes;
 
* Return Shipment is at customer’s cost.
 
*Return will take 7- 10 Business  days to process ( from the date of receipt of the product in our store) 
 
* In case of exchange the customer must pay the difference between the new product and the valuation of the previous product before shipping.
All charges of Payment Gateway will be deducted from the final refund amount

1. When does the 15 DAY return period begin ?
Answer. 15 DAYS Period starts  from the day you receive your product, as shown by our courier  records.
 
2. I bought 2 (two) loose Gemstones, 1 like one of them – Can I return the other ?
Answer. Yes , You can return the other Gemstone with in 15 DAYS  Period. No return of Loose Gemstone will be accepted after 15 DAYS.  As soon as the Gemstones are received at our store and an inspection is carried out, a credit note amount will be generated and will be sent to you which can be used for future purchase from RR GEMS.
 
 
 
3.   I have lost the laboratory certificate and the original packaging of the product. Than can I return the loose Gemstones  ?
 
Answer. We usually require full certificate of the original Product, Invoices Documentation, Laboratory certificate, Packing, Discount coupons etc. Which may have unaccompanied the loose Gemstones. In the Absalom of any of these ITEMS, You are not eligible for the 100 % Return Guarantee. How ever you may still be eligible for a partial or full  replacement credit. Contact our customer service team, with their exact  scenario so we can help.
 
 
4.  Can I return a precious stone that I bought and studded in a ring  ? 
Ans. Exchange, Return of Gemstone Jewellery of made by other brand is possible in special case. Customer must  
contact our Customer Care support ot get full information of above process. 
 
5.  I am returning a loose Gemstones.  How should I send it  ? 
Answer.  In case you are returning or replacing a Gemstone Please take the following step.
 
# Contact customer support and get a RETURN  Authorization
 
#.Ensure that you keep all original Product. Original / Copy of invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificate, discount coupons, etc. 
 
#.  Pack the item carefully and send Only thought a REPUTED Courior with Insurance for the package. Take the tracking information and share with us. You can find our address by clicking Here. 
 
#.  We recommend that you send the product back through  DTDC, BLUE DART, TRACON, DELHIVERY,  and INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE from your nearest branch. These services ensures Next Business Day on priority in all  major metros and city and minimize any risk involved in delays, misplaced or theft.
 
#. You may also have to determine witch courier accept jewelry. Sometimes customer manage to bypass this rules  (AT THEIR OWN RISK) BY citing product as  ” ” “Artificial Jewelry ” Or  “Astrological Products”
 
IMPORTANT  :- Please do not write the name RR GEMS or any Gemstone, Jewelry or related words on the outside of the package. This can attract undue attraction and theft of the Package. So please mention us as  RR JAIN
In case of any dispute Jurisdiction will be subject to

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 15 days. If 15days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
